Who are the Transformers?
They are legion. They are all those government and private organizations, politicians, foundations, both left and right, who coalesce at the Radical Center to "change" America and our children. Under their battle cry of "Transformation" and "Continuous Learning" they will not leave America’s youth alone until they have all been turned into automatons of sustainability for the New World Global Order.
After many years of making inroads into our educational establishments, the transformers, including Communists, Socialists, and Trotskyites, continue on relentlessly. Note what Obama said, when commenting on the resignation of Arne Duncan, U. S. Secretary of Education: "

NEW ORLEANS – GROUND ZERO
Back in 2013, when the House passed the "Student Success Act" (the Reauthorization of the ESEA Act) Representative Steve Scalise of Louisiana let the cat out of the bag concerning the intent for the globalization plan of all education via Charters. He said: "
The education reforms in New Orleans are recognized as a national model for public education transformation, and serve as prime examples of why states and local school systems are better suited to determine student achievement than the federal government. I’m proud to spearhead this amendment and support this bill which takes significant steps towards getting the federal government out of the classroom."

Not only is New Orleans the national model, it is the international model for Portfolio Charter Community Education.
So while some conservatives tout getting "government out of the classroom" the intent is to replace federal control with control at the state and local level through a two-pronged front – Charter schools and restructuring of State governments. The goal, both nationally and internationally, is the New Orleans Charter Community Education model which is now euphemistically called the "Portfolio" plan.
New Orleans now has all Charter Schools. But what New Orleans has is far more than just Charters. With the help of John Ayers, brother of radical leftist, Bill Ayers, Tulane University, The Cowan Institute, and others, including the Archdiocese of New Orleans, the New Orleans Community Charter Plan is the model for Community Schools to control the lives of all citizens. The Red Left and the Blue Right
On the left, the major government players are Obama, Arne Duncan, Secretary of Education, who is now retiring, and his "acting" replacement, John King, Jr. They represent the tight federal control of education, and it was Duncan who orchestrated Common Core in the states. Now that Duncan is retiring, John King, Jr. of New York State will be acting Secretary. His position while Commissioner of Education of New York was in favor of federal control of education. But here is the curious thing. Those on the left support Charter schools… Obama, Duncan, and King all support Charters/Choice. How could that be? Isn’t that what Conservatives support?
On the "right" we have those who are clamoring for decentralization of education, local control, and Choice/Charters. (Those individuals are representatives like Scalise, Sen. Lamar Alexander, Representative Kline, and others who pushed through the
Student Success Act in the House and the
Every Child Achieves Act in the Senate.) Actually, decentralization, enhanced by global "Networking" and data banks, allows for even tighter control of citizens.

The New York State Allies of Public Education labeled King as a
Catastrophe for New York with blatant disregard for parent and teachers.

This is the most shocking end run around our constitutional representative form of government by the Obama administration. This appointment which is not requiring a traditional constitutional Senate education committee approval is the most outrageous to date. Apparently, Obama’s appointment of John King is a signal for an aggressive education agenda. King has already been put into action as described by Politico’s Morning education alert.

How much influence will King have on the outcome of the ESEA Conference? Does it look like the bargaining is just beginning?
King will not be backing off Obama’s K-12 reforms, yet he is very involved in Charter Schools and was founder of a chain of Charter Schools. He also founded an organization that manages Charter Schools. As Commissioner of New York State public schools, he supervised the implementation of Common Core. How did he regard New York parents and teachers who did not want Common Core?

TRANSFORMERS AND THEIR RADICAL CENTER

It is vital to note that King, Obama, and Duncan support Charters. Yet these officials also support strong Federal top-down control. Who else supports Charters? Heavily involved with the promotion of Choice/Charter schools are Republicans and so-called "conservative" institutions and organizations. Their slogan is "CHOICE." But how can one have freedom of choice while under the control of the Federal government, and then be slotted into diverse Charter schools where one’s career path is formulated by grade 8? Isn’t the attempt to unite freedom of education with government-control an oxymoron?
Not if you belong to the RADICAL CENTER where the left and right meet and coalesce. That is exactly what we are seeing here. The coalescing of the left and the right appear to have the capacity to control everyone, locally and globally through Community Education. Some don’t even realize in what they are participating, and their motives may be different, but the results of their efforts are the same.
If the radical New Orleans model succeeds, everyone, including homeschoolers, will be under the control of "Community Education". Regionalism =
Communism.
As an example, Lamar Alexander, sponsor of the
Every Child Achieves Act (Reauthorization of the ESEA Act), purportedly supports "state and local control" over federal control. Yet his bill incorporates the mandated Marxist "Universal Design for Education". In addition, it is hoped that The Student Success Act will be amended in conference to include " Portability". If Portability funding is approved in the conference for the passage of the Reauthorization of ESEA, it will impose top-down standards which follow the student into the school of their choice. Therefore, the school is forced to adhere to all federal and/or state mandates. State Departments of Education are now simply clones of the U. S. Dept. of Education, so the U. S. Dept. could actually "wither away" or be discarded and nothing would change. The plan has been to move the control apparatus (data, assessment, et al.) to the state level, if it is not already there. Perhaps the states just need a little "tweaking" from Marc Tucker’s restructuring plan for a smooth transfer of control.
How does one have state and local control while being controlled by Federal/State money and also by established globally U.N. controlled Common Core Standards (
Agenda 2030)?
Welcome to Communist America. Duncan has come under heavy criticism for his oppressive federal control policies. Lamar Alexander’s bill in the Senate, along with Kline’s bill in the, claim to hold out the hope for less federal control and more state, and local control, along with Charter/Choice.
"EVIL TWIN" TRANSFORMERS
But…not so fast. Looming on the horizon are the "evil twins"… Portfolio Community Education Plans and the restructuring of State Departments of Education, which sets up state control over all schools, while abolishing local school boards and taxpayer representation (right to vote). This would apparently be the combination of Charter Schools with tight top-down control. A perfect scenario for work-force training.
Marc Tucker is presenting the idea of "state" and "local control" by restructuring State Departments of Education. In other words, Tucker advocates transferring all federal control to the states. Utah was Tucker's recent target, where he and Tom Vander Ark shared top billing at an education conference aimed at Utah’s Department of Education. Tom Vander Ark, of
Smart Cities and former Executive Director of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is promoting Portfolio Schools, which are Community Charter Schools, to complete the transformation Lousiana Representative Scalise talked about. Apparently Vander Ark works closely with the
Center for Reinventing Public Education (CRPE) which presents Portfolio Schools as their model.
Action Alert: Is Green The New Red? New Orleans is the CRPE’s glowing exemplar for Portfolio schools, which again, according to Scalise, is the model to transform education. Some of the same colossal foundations bankrolling CRPE were represented at the March, 2015 Carnegie’s "Summit" Conference to transform education.

In addition, the Carnegie Foundation of New York, along with the Walton Foundation, sponsored a seminar in Denver, Colorado for education leaders across the country. The purpose was to present the Portfolio approach for schools. Paul Hill of the Center for Reinvention Public Education (CRPE) was one of the featured presenters. One of the statements describing this event was:

a diverse portfolio of schools."

By now we should understand that the term "diverse schools" means Charter Human Capital work-force training centers. If CRPE, the CEE-Trust (Center for Excellence in Education), and their associates see their plans materialize, federal money will go directly to the local schools, themselves, and the school management will use the money "as they see fit" (under top down state and local control.) Isn’t that a euphemism for diverse schools, and isn’t this just another form of "Portability"? With Portfolio Schools there are no locally elected school boards. A CEE-Trust reorganization plan says the local schools would operate under the direction of the "Community School Office", which is under the authority of the Commissioner of the State Department of Education. CEE-Trust also says there would be a few schools for more advanced students, so that must mean the rest of the schools would be for dumbed-down "worker" students. Isn’t it enlightening to learn that Obama, Duncan, and King all have sent their children to elite private schools? The private school King selected for his children has
no Common Core
! Will some private schools or Charters be allowed to exist without a draconian dumbed-down, work-force training agenda to ensure a real education for children
of the elite?
Do you think that the Marxist Universal Design for Learning, the mind-controlling Outcome Based Education, the Mental Health applications, and the Socialist U.N. socialization of the student will go away in Charter Portfolio Schools? These techniques are already embedded in Common Core.
Do you think that Common Core will go away with diverse Portfolio (Charter) schools? Vander Ark, King, Tucker, and the money and power behind them, including Gates, politicians, foundations, and the U. S. Department of Education, all support Common Core. But wait… these must be the liberal people and groups, right? Won’t the conservative organizations save us from all this?
Not at all!
Don't all conservative "privatizer" "organizations" like Koch, Heritage Foundation, Heartland, Pioneer, Americans for Prosperity, Eagle Forum, American Principles Project,What is Common Core, Home School Legal Defense Association, etc., support Charters? Former Republican Governor, Jeb Bush, inundated Florida with Charters. Is Republican Governor Bobby Jindal fighting Charters of "Ground Zero" New Orleans, Louisiana and the rest of the state? Some or perhaps many smaller grassroots conservative organizations also support Charters. Those who wish for "free market" Charter schools are dreaming. For Charter buffs who think they can have their freedom without control...dream on. For Charter Schools with "waivers", do you think such privileges will be permanent as the screws of Agenda 2030 and Community Education tighten? People and organizations supporting Charters have become, either wittingly or unwittingly, innocently or willingly, part of the Radical Center to transform our children from free and God-fearing citizens into robots, and to transform our country into a One World Marxist Global Village of slavery. Why? Follow the money, the power, and the privileges. The result of the education clash between left and right is nothing more than part of a dialectic game to destroy America and all traces of God. For those conservatives who have no idea what they are aiding and abetting, and for all the rest of us,
